- Report occupancy to local council.

During Tenancy
- Collection of rents due.
- Transfer of rents to your nominated account.
- Receive and deal with all calls for maintenance.
- Visit property to review condition and maintenance every 3/4 months.
- Liaise and organise and trades specialist from maintenance tasks.
End of Tenancy
- Arrange pre check out visit and check out to include check of verification against original inventory.
- Take meter readings and report vacation to local council and utilities.
- Report any possible dilapidations to you the landlord. Initiate and remedial works required against the tenancy deposit.
- Arrange payment of dilapidation with tenancy deposit scheme.

Payable once the tenant has taken occupation. Fees are charged monthly in advance and deducted from the rent.
